Chief Information Officer
Appointed in June 2015, Neale is responsible for the Group’s Information Technology strategy and execution. Working closely with the executive team, Neale is charged with delivering transformation programs with Technology as the value creator.
Neale brings 20 years of Technology and Financial Services experience, with specialist skills in payments strategy, program delivery, merchant acquiring and highly scalable real-time transactional processing services. He has run development and delivery functions through various roles and transactions in Asia and Australia.
Prior to Pepper, Neale was CIO at First Data where he implemented their IT operating model transformation across Asia Pacific. During his tenure at Accenture, Neale worked in management consulting; leading strategy and transformation initiatives across the retail banking and payments industries.
Neale has built and managed high performance teams to deliver IT benefits that solve business issues. Neale holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
