General Manager, Marketing and Brand
Sarah Pikardt joined Pepper Money in August 2011 in the role of Marketing Communications Specialist. She was promoted to Channel Marketing Manager in 2015, Head of Marketing and Brand in 2020, and in November 2021 was appointed General Manager, Marketing and Brand.
Sarah leads the marketing effort and strategic development of the brand in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on improving customer experience.
Prior to joining Pepper Money, Sarah held a senior position at an incentive marketing consultancy helping organisations improve their bottom-line performance through strategic workforce optimisation and customer loyalty programs across a diverse range of industries including financial services, telecommunications and automotive.
