2023 AGM

Pepper Money will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Thursday 27 April 2023 at 2.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

The Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum (Notice) were lodged with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 27 March 2023. The Chairman’s letter to shareholders inviting them to attend the AGM was distributed to shareholders in accordance with shareholder’s preferred communication method (mail or electronic).

The Notice is important and should be read in its entirety. If you have any difficulties obtaining a copy of the Notice, please contact the Company’s share registry, Boardroom. Dividends

The payment date of Pepper’s 2023 final dividend is 14 April 2023.

The record date for the dividend was 14 March 2023.

As previously announced, dividend payments to all eligible registered holders will be paid via direct credit into a nominated bank account. No cheque payments will be made.  

If shareholders have not provided a valid bank account, the dividend will be held in a non-interest-bearing special purpose account until a valid bank account has been received by the Share Registry.

 

Shareholders outside of Australia

Shareholders in countries outside of Australia will be paid by direct credit into a nominated bank account in AUD.

For shareholders outside of Australia who have not provided a valid bank account, the dividend will be held in a non-interest-bearing special purpose account until a valid bank account has been received by the Share Registry.
