On 28 January 2016, Pepper Money released a new and improved version of our online customer portal, Loan Service Net (LSN).
What has changed?
This upgrade provides customers with a superior experience when accessing their loan information and making online transactions.
The fresh new look and feel of LSN has been designed with your customers’ online experience in mind. Online users can find what they are looking for much quicker and more easily.
LSN is now optimised for all online platforms; your customers can now manage their loan online at home, on a desktop or on the move with a smartphone or tablet.
Don’t worry, all of the features are still available. Your customers are still able to make payments and transfers, update their contact details and much more – just in a simpler and more intuitive way.
What do customers need to do?
Access to LSN has not changed. Your customers can continue to login via www.pepper.com.au with their existing access details.
To support customers through the change, we have provided notifications on the login screen and in statements. A welcome screen will also guide users through the new interface. Additional content is also available in our Help Centre.
