If you are not satisfied with the service you have received or you have a concern you would like to raise, we encourage you to contact us.

The team will try to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly through our Internal Dispute Resolution process and will keep you updated about the progress of our investigation.

If you are not happy with our response or the handling of your complaint, you can refer the matter to our external dispute resolution scheme. In Australia you can contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) on 1800 931 678 or info@afca.org.au. In New Zealand you can contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) on 0800 347 257 or info@fscl.org.nz
