What happens if I’m sick or unable to make payments?

We understand that sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that can put you in a difficult financial situation and mean you are unable to meet your loan repayments. When something like this happens, we’ll work with you to manage your loan.

If you find yourself unable to meet your monthly mortgage repayments, please speak to us Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 5:30pm (AEST) on 1800 356 383.
