There will be no changes to our payment processing times, with Loan Service Net (LSN) available to our customers each business day of the holiday period.
New Loan Applications
We will endeavour to assess/fund new loans on each business day, however:
- Over the holiday period, settlements must be booked 3 days in advance of the requested date.
- New applications submitted on the 24th December & 31st December may not be assessed until the following business day.
- Settlements booked to settle on the 24th December & 31st December must occur prior to 1pm (AEDT).
