To discharge your home loan with Pepper you will first need to complete and sign a Discharge Authority Form and return it to Pepper via fax, email or post. You can request this form by calling Customer Service on 137 377.
Once the discharge authority form has been completed and submitted, we require a minimum of 15 business days to process your instructions before the settlement can be booked.
