How do I change my personal details?

Your can change your details through Loan Service Net. You can also change your personal details, such as your address, by calling Customer Service on 1300 650 931, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm (AEST/AEDT). Or you can simply fill out our online form.

Can I get an interim statement?
