100% Interest Offset Sub-Account
Our Pepper Money offset sub-account is a transaction account that can be linked to your home loan. This feature may help reduce the amount of interest paid on the total balance of your Pepper Money Home Loan account. To learn more about Sub-Accounts click here.

Repayment options to suit your financial situation
Our loans offer flexibility around frequency of loan repayments, whether weekly, fortnightly or monthly (interest only is monthly).

  • Interest Only: paying only the interest amount without reducing the amount you are borrowing (Principal) for a maximum of 5 years, followed by Principal and Interest.
  • Principal and Interest: paying both the amount you are borrowing (Principal) plus the interest charged.

With Pepper Money Essential Full Doc & Alt Doc Plus loans, the Interest Only option is limited on owner occupied properties to 50% of total loan limit.

Redraw/ Additional Advance facility
A minimum redraw amount on all Pepper Money Home Loans is $1,000 for a manual redraw and $50 for an online redraw.

Loan account splits
A maximum of four splits is allowed on all Pepper Money Home Loans (including 100% Interest offset sub-account split).

Transaction facilities

  • Access to Loan Service Net (LSN): Our online customer portal allows you to carry out a range of transactions and manage your loan from any device. 
  • Telephone: If you prefer to manage your account over the phone, you can transact using our Loan Service Line telephone facility. 
  • Visa Debit Card (including Pay Wave): Access available redraw using a Visa Debit Card and use it anywhere via EFTPOS. Cash withdrawal is available for free on a number of ATMS. Read our fact sheet for more information.
  • Convenient ways to make payments: BPAY, Direct Debit and Pay Anyone

Lump Sum Payments
Make additional payments on your home loan free of charge.

Fee Capitalisation
On a Pepper Money Home Loan, fees may be paid either at settlement as a lump sum or capitalised to your loan. Note that the capitalised fee must not cause your loan to exceed the maximum allowable Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) for your product.

Alt Doc & Alt Doc Plus: Up to 85% LVR (inclusive of fees) for purchases and up to 80% LVR (inclusive of fees) for all other loans

Pepper Advantage

Full Doc: Up to 95% LVR (inclusive of fees) for purchases and up to 85% LVR (inclusive of fees) for all other loans

Full Doc Plus: Up to 80% LVR (inclusive of fees)

Alt Doc: Up to 85% LVR (inclusive of fees) for purchases and up to 80% LVR (inclusive of fees) for all other loans

Alt Doc Plus: Up to 75% LVR (inclusive of fees)
