There are tectonic shifts taking place globally: environmental, political and technological. These are changing the way business gets done, which in turn is having significant impacts on the function and design of workplaces and the value of property. Management of value requires a clear understanding of the drivers at play and how to plan for them. A roadmap is now available in the form of our first research report in the Pepper Property 4.0 Research Series. A worthwhile holiday read.
