The Delivery Guy

Tim is a highly experienced project manager and Chartered Professional Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in delivery of major commercial and residential developments, as well as major infrastructure projects. He has dual professional qualifications in Structural/Civil Engineering and Law, and completed an MBA majoring in Renewable Energy from Beuth University of Applied Sciences, Berlin in 2015. He has a strong reputation for delivery of new workplaces working across the process from providing technical support to the premises selection and negotiation of Agreement for Lease through to final project completion.

 

Most challenging experience

“I provided project management services for the delivery of overlay works to Stadium Australia for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Sydney 2000 Olympics - a project with a fixed deadline, high confidentiality and huge global profile. It was a massive challenge but equally very exciting.”
