Real estate sales and acquisitions

Over the past 10 years, we have been involved in more than AUD$10 billion in real estate sales and acquisitions for global listed companies, private equity firms, financial institutions, developers and investors.

Transaction advice and representation

Our team has experience across the breadth of property asset classes, international markets and transaction types, working with local and offshore groups.

We’ll help you understand how to leverage your real estate assets to optimise capital and then put together a business case for your management’s consideration. To give comfort around major asset-based decisions, we’ll provide market intelligence around the pros and cons of each option. Boards and executives will have all the data they need to assess the best course of action.

We’ll co-ordinate property disposals and acquisitions, including sale and leaseback transactions, on your behalf. This includes managing the sale process, preparing the marketing material, introducing you to off-market buyers and sellers, and supervising due diligence and negotiations.

We’ll help you decide whether to hold, develop or sell a development site. We can either help you go off-market, direct you to known and trusted buyers, or oversee a sales agent to ensure any downstream benefits flow to you – not a third party.

Once we understand your investment objectives and parameters, we will analyse the best opportunities. Our depth of relationships with property players means we understand who is in the market, so you’ll get access to off-market deals.
