  • Access your statements on any device, anywhere.
  • Help reduce the impact on the environment with less paper, print and mail.

FAQs for Pepper Money e-Statements

After much customer feedback, we’ve introduced electronic statements, or ‘e-statements’, which are electronic versions of your statements. This will allow you to access your statement online rather than receive a paper document in the mail.

If you have a home loan with Pepper or one of our affiliates for which Pepper is the credit provider, you will be eligible to sign-up for e-Statements.

You will have a received a communication from us inviting you to start receiving e-Statements. You will need to consent to receiving your statements electronically before we can start sending them to you.

Currently, e-Statements are being rolled out only for our mortgage customers.

The opportunity for our personal loan and car loan customers to start receiving e-Statements will follow in the future.

We are conducting this campaign in stages, so you may not receive your request immediately.

If you haven’t received your request by the end of June, please contact us.

e-Statements are great because you can access them from anywhere, they reduce the amount of paper used and you don’t need to file them or store them at home or in the office.

e-Statements will be available free of charge and can be downloaded, printed or saved.

Once you have consented to start receiving your statements electronically, your e-Statements will be made available from July 2020 and will then be issued based on your normal statement cycle. Most customers will receive a 6 monthly statement each July and February.

We’ll send you a notification via email when a new e-Statement is available. If we can’t reach you by email, we will send you an SMS.

No. For security purposes, we’ll send you a notification so that you can see your e-Statement on-line via your web browser. You’ll need an up to date version of a standard web browser e.g Chrome or Internet Explorer.

For instance, on Windows, you will need Internet Explorer 11 / Microsoft Edge.

Alternative browsers which use the latest version of WebKit, Blink, or Gecko, whether directly or via the platform’s web view API, are not explicitly supported.
