Fraud management
Working with our external security partners, we monitor suspicious activities, such as phishing attempts and any unauthorised use of our brand. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Visa card fraud protection
Your Pepper Visa Debit card provider, Indue, has fraud monitoring services in place, and will notify you of any unusual activity. Indue is available 24/7 if you have any concerns: call 1800 621 199 for out of hours credit card support.
Data Protection
We have data protection controls in place, so unauthorised people can't see or change your confidential information.
Automatic time outs
Pepper’s online loan management portal, loan service net (LSN), will log you out automatically if there is no activity for 30 minutes, helping to protect you if you are using a public or shared computer. Although we highly recommend you only use secure networks and log out each time.
Scam alerts
We will provide timely alerts of current and relevant scams, these scams may be regarding unauthorised use of our brand or trending industry scams that may impact you. Check the latest scam alert here so you can take the necessary steps to protect yourself.
