Pepper Money’s Treasurer and Executive team member, Anthony is responsible for the leadership of Pepper’s treasury function, including the strategic direction and execution of Pepper’s multicurrency funding programmes.
Dr. Louise Mahler
Louise is recognised as a Top 30 Global Guru in body Language and communication and is awarded Internationally for her contribution to Women in Business. An expert in body language, voice and human behaviour, Louise has a PhD in Business, and degrees and masters in Organisational Psychology and Music.
In a league of her own, Louise’s skills as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming pull together her academic study and a decade of performance in the European opera. Mario Rehayem
Mario joined Pepper Money in 2011 and has held various roles, including Managing Director, Australian Mortgages and Personal Loans, Director of Sales and Distribution, Australian Mortgages and Personal Loans.
Mario was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Pepper Money Limited in 2017 and is responsible for the strategy and oversight of Pepper Money businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
With over 18 years of extensive experience across banking and finance, Mario has held senior positions in an ADI environment and the non-bank sector.
Siobhan Williams
An expert in alternative lending, Siobhan Williams is passionate about helping Australians succeed. Having first joined Pepper Money in 2005, Siobhan has held various roles, including Credit Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, State Manager, and Regional Manager.
Appointed to Head of Mortgages - Retail Broker in 2021; Siobhan is responsible for leading a talented Sales team that partners with brokers to provide real life solutions for their clients. With over 17 years of experience in financial services, Siobhan has held roles in ADI environments and non-banking.

As the founder of the CoreLogic Australian research division, Tim’s expertise across property markets has positioned him as one of the country’s most experienced and popular property market analysts and commentators.
Heading up a team of analysts across Australia and New Zealand, as group Research Director, Tim is responsible for reporting on property market conditions and the interplay with economic and demographic factors.
Stuart Donaldson
Founder and partner of Accendo Financial, Stuart Donaldson is an experienced banking and finance executive, educator, business coach and financial advocate for owners of small to medium enterprises.
Stuart has conducted hundreds of seminars, workshops, and keynote addresses internationally as a facilitator. He has worked alongside mortgage and finance brokers, small business owners, franchise groups, industry associations and professionals to transform their businesses.
Barry Saoud
With over two decades in financial services and a proven ability to lead organisational change, Barry combines his deep domain expertise and innovative strategies to rapidly grow businesses and exceed targets. A passionate leader, Barry brings a strong sense of customer to the teams he leads.
As General Manager, Mortgages and Commercial Lending, Barry is responsible for the strategic direction and operating performance across Product, Credit, Settlements and Sales functions for Australia and New Zealand.
Katrina Rowlands
Katrina is a multi-award-winning mortgage broker with 24 years’ experience in the industry. An industry stalwart, she is passionate about mentoring new entrants and a vocal advocate for women in mortgage broking.
Ruan Burger
Forged a career within finance, Ruan quickly climbed into Australia’s Top 100 Brokers in his first two years. He has built two successful businesses in Queensland – Gladstone and Brisbane. Both have attracting numerous awards. As the owner of Success&Broker, Ruan is passionate about exceeding client expectations by making their life easier and helping them build stronger businesses.

Laurissa Mirabelli
Laurissa has worked for some of the world’s most iconic automotive brands, including Mazda, BMW and Volvo, and as a consultant to Stellantis, Shell, Michelin, Bosch and more. She has extensive communication and engagement experience spanning over two decades in Australia and abroad
Peter Drennan
With extensive research experience within the asset finance industry and having spoken with hundreds of business and industry decision-makers over the last 12 years, Peter is an expert in customer experience. With a background in statistical analysis, he works with firms to utilise data to maximise performance and business growth.
Ken Spellacy
With over 25 years’ experience, Ken has a proven ability to successfully lead sales, credit and operational teams. Before joining Pepper Money, he held leadership roles at Capital Finance, St. George Bank and Westpac.
As the General Manager for Asset Finance Ken is responsible for the strategic direction, operational delivery and financial performance of Pepper Money’s Asset Finance business.
Michael McEvoy
Michael has over two decades of sales experience in the asset finance industry across B2C and B2B. Before joining Pepper Money, Michael held roles at St George, Toyota Financial Services, Hyundai, and Capital Finance. As the Head of Sales Asset Finance, Michael is responsible for leading a national team of BDMs.
